Welcome!
I am pleased to present you with this first issue of our e-newsletter. Like so much at AE, it is brand new.
We've been in existence for over 20 years, but I consider AE to be a completely new Company. In the short time since I've come on board, we have made many changes.
First, we have a completely new focus – on you! Our focus today is squarely on our agents and on providing you with the very best service possible. Throughout our Company, there is a new attitude and a new energy, all directed at service and providing you with what you need to succeed. My message to you is, "We'll win together!"

AE's new Garage Program, first launched in June 2010, provides comprehensive coverage for owners of mechanical auto repair shops and collision centers. Now rolled out to several Northeastern states, the new program is experiencing excellent hit ratios.

In response to agent requests, AE has added four Habitational classes to its Businessowner Program policy, appropriate for coverage up to $2 million. The new program has been approved in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and it is filed and pending approval in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

AE has just added a new nine-payment plan option for all our commercial lines products to supplement our four-payment and full payment options.
