Condominium Owner Insurance - Owner Occupied
AEIG’s Condominium Owners insurance policies (HO 6) provide coverage for damage within the walls of the unit, as well as liability coverage in the event someone is injured within the condominium unit. Insurance for the common areas of the condominium complex is generally purchased by the association.
Renters Insurance
AEIG’s Renters insurance policies (HO 4) provide coverage for contents and personal liability exposure for a person renting an apartment or a home.
