Q. When should I mail my payment?
A. Mail your payment at least five (5) to seven (7) business days prior to the due date.

A. We do not accept credit card payments at this time.

Q. How do I report a loss?
A. A loss can be reported to our First Reporting representatives:

     • By Email: firstreporting@aeiginsurance.com
     • By Phone: 1-800-541-1728
     • By Fax: 1-856-779-0719
     • By Mail: P.O. Box B, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034-0013

     You may also report your claim to your Agent or Broker.

     When reporting a loss, please include the following information:

     • Policy Number • Insured Contact Information • Names and Address of Other Parties
     • Name of Insured • Date and Time of Loss • Witnesses to the Loss
     • Home Phone Number • Description of Loss  

     Your claim will then be assigned to a specific adjuster.
